The experiment was developed in the laboratory of Planktology, of the Department of Engineering Fishery of the Federal University of the CearĂ¡. The way of culture used in the culture them microalgae was the FeNS. The used different microalgae species in the feed of the rotifers had been Tetraselmis chuii, Isochrysis galbana and Dunaliella salina. The lyophilized samples of the corresponding rotifers to each one of the three microalgae species, had been analyzed how much to the of proteins contents and total lipids. The biggest percentile protein contents was gotten in the rotifers fed with microalgae D. salina (39.34%), followed of fed with I. galbana (35.90%) and T. chuii (34.55%).
