Digestibility of five isonitrogenious feeds (28% crude protein) processed by twin-screw extrusion technology were evaluated in Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The five prepared feeds included increases levels substitution of full fat soy bean for soy bean meal at levels of 0%, 30%, 48%, 74% and 100% besides corn, dicalcium posphate, mineral and vitamin mix. It was observed through the analysis of the apparent digestibility coefficient that feed with 74% and 100% of substitution were more efficiently used (p<0,05) than the other feeds, proving a positive effect of the lipids on the feed digestion.
