For otimization the use of intensive nursery, using low cost technology, of easy handles,
seeking to select a better diet and time of ideal cultivation for that system, experiments were developed in two stages: one in 15 days and in 25 days. Tanks of amianthus were used (500l) system of renewal water captured directly of the nurseries, and a phase in commercial scale in tanks(12.000l). A experimental delineation was used with three treatments and three repetitions: treatment 1 (diet with 100% biomass of Artemia), treatment 2 (diet with 50% biomass of Artemia and 50% commercial ration) and treatment 3 (diet 100% ration commercial). Were monitored the parameters hidrologic: salinity (23 to 44 ?), temperature (25 to 33,1 ºC) and pH (7,25 s 8,1) and biologic: weigh medium and survival, where the values in the first stage varied of 0,017 at 0,024g and 63,05 to 100%, respectively. In the second stage varied among 0,017 at 0,043g and 50,50 to 100% respectively. The variance analysis showed that there was significant difference (P<0,05)
among the treatments, indicating the treatment with diet biomass of Artemia had better acting.
